Comfyzz Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
  • During peak seasons or special launches, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

2. Delivery Time

  • Deliveries within Bangladesh usually take 2–5 working days, depending on the location.
  • Remote areas may require extra time.
  • Any unforeseen courier delays are outside our control, but we will help you track your parcel if needed.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges apply based on courier service rates.
  • Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Order Confirmation

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message with full order details.
  • Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate to avoid any delays.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number or courier details.
  • You can use this information to follow the status of your delivery.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the courier cannot reach you, they will attempt delivery again.
  • If your number is unreachable or your address is incorrect, the parcel may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately.
  • We will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

8. International Delivery

  • Currently, Comfyzz delivers within Bangladesh only.
  • International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
