Comfyzz Delivery Policy
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
- During peak seasons or special launches, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
2. Delivery Time
- Deliveries within Bangladesh usually take 2–5 working days, depending on the location.
- Remote areas may require extra time.
- Any unforeseen courier delays are outside our control, but we will help you track your parcel if needed.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard delivery charges apply based on courier service rates.
- Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Order Confirmation
- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message with full order details.
- Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate to avoid any delays.
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number or courier details.
- You can use this information to follow the status of your delivery.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If the courier cannot reach you, they will attempt delivery again.
- If your number is unreachable or your address is incorrect, the parcel may be returned to us.
- In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately.
- We will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
8. International Delivery
- Currently, Comfyzz delivers within Bangladesh only.
- International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
